 Composition : Each 1 gm contains:
Spectinomycin (as hydrochloride) 500 mg
Indications:
Spectodad is used in broiler chickens for treatment of air saculitis caused by Mycoplasma synoviae or chronic respiratory disease (CRD) caused by M . gallisepticum and complicated chronic respiratory disease caused by E . coli and M . gallisepticum.
Dosages:
For control and treatment of C.R.D ( M . gallisepticum ): 1 g / 1 liter in drinking water in the first 3 day of life and for 1 day following vaccination .
For control and treatment of synovitis ( M . synoviae ) : 0.5 g / 1 liter in drinking water in the first 3-5 days of life.
To increase body weight: 0.25 g / 1 liter in drinking water in the first 3 day of life and for 1 day following vaccination .
Withdrawal times: Chickens meat 5 days.
Contraindication : Not to be used in layers .
Storage: Store in a dry place, below 30°C.
