COMPOSITION: Each 1 g contains:

tylosin as tartrate 200 mg/g
doxycyclin hydrochloride 300 mg/g

INDICATIONS: Tylo-Dad-Dox Forte is a combination of two antibiotics act as synergistic action against gram negative and gram positive bacteria. Tylo-Dad-Dox Forte is clearly active against Mycoplasma CRD ,as well as Chlamydia, Rickettsia in poultry.

Dosage: Poultry: 1 gm / 3 liters of drinking water daily for 3 - 5 days.

Withdrawal times: Products from treated birds should not be used for human consumption during treatment and within 7 days from the last treatment.

Store in dry place, below 30ºC.
