Introduction
Iveroxinide Plus (Ivermectin and Rafoxinide & Vitamin B12 ) is a broad-spectrum parasiticide injectable solution for external, internal parasites and liver fluke of both cattle and sheep. Vitamin B12 antianemic,anabolic and neuroprotector factor once absorbed is stored in the liver from where is released for the normal maturing of the red blood cells in the marrow.
Indications: Iveroxinide Plus is an injectable paraciticide indicated for the effective treatment and control of gastrointestinal nematodes, lung worns, liver fluke, and external parasites of cattle and sheep as follow.
Cattle:
1- Gastrointestinal round worms
Ostertagia ostertagi, Haemonchus spp., Trichostrongylus spp., Cooperia spp., Oesophagostomum spp., Nematodiurus spp., Strongyloides spp., Bunostomum.
2- Lung worms Dictyocaulus.
3- Liver fluke Fasciola hepatica, F. gigantica.
4- Skin worms
5- Eyes worms
6- Cattle grubs Hypoderma spp., Dermatobia spp.
7- Mange mites Psorptes bovis.
8- Sucking lice Linognathus spp., haematopinus.
9- Screw worm fly
10- Ticks
Sheep:

Dosage and administration
Iveroxinide Plus injection should be given only by subcutaneous injection as follow: 1 ml Iveroxinide Plus/ 50 kg b.w.
In case of heavy infestation dose can be repeated 7 days after first treatment.

Heavier animals should receive an additional 0.5 ml for each 25 kg over 100 kg.
Mode of action
Ivermectin bind to glutamate-gated chloride ion channels, which occur in invertebrate nerve and muscle cells. Which leads to increase permeability of cell membrane to chloride ions with hyperpolarization of the nerve and muscle cells, resulting in paralysis and death of the parasite.
While rafoxinide acts by uncoupling oxidative phorphorylation of flukes, including reduced ATP levels, decreased glycogen content, and accumulation of succinate.
Vitamin B 12 will fight anemia caused by damage red blood cells due to parasitic infection .
Withdrawal time:
Cattle and Camles: 35 days . * Sheep: 42 days.
Precautions: Not to be used on intravenously or intramuscularly.
Package: 500 ml Plastic vial, 100 ml Amber class vial.
Store in dry place below 30˚C, don’t refrigerate.
