COMPOSITION: Each 1 g contains:

Doxycycline HCl 300 mg.
Colistin (As sulphate) 1600 000 I.U.

INDICATIONS:
Colidox-Forte Plus is indicated for prevention and treatment of respiratory and digestive infections caused by susceptible germs to doxycycline and colistin specially (Chronic respiratory disease, Pasteurellosis, Colibacillosis, Mycoplasma, Staphylococus aureas, Klebsiella spp....etc )
TARGET SPECIES: Poultry, Lambs and Calves.
DOSAGE:
Poultry: 1 g per 3-4 litres of drinking water daily for 4-5 days.
Lambs and Calves: 1 gm per 30 kg B.W. every 8-12 hours for 4 - 5 days.
Withdrawal time : Animals and birds should not be slaughtered within 7 days from the last treatment.
Store in dry place below 30˚C.
