COMPOSITION: Each 1 g contains:

Doxycycline HCl 150 mg.
Colistin (As sulphate) 25 mg.

INDICATIONS:
Colidox-Forte is used for treatment of respiratory and digestive infections caused by susceptible germs to doxycycline and colistin. Colidox forte is indicated for prevention and treatment of poultry: CRD, CCRD, Fowl cholera, Colibacillosis, Air sacculitis , staphylococcsus infection , Coryza , salmonellosis infections and colistridiosis including necrotic enteritis in calves , lambs: pneumonia , broncho pneumonia , bacterial enteritis and brucellosis.
DOSAGE:
Poultry: 1 g Colidox-Forte per 2-4 litres of drinking water daily for 4-5 days.
Calves, Lambs, Kids: 1 g Colidox-Forte per 15 kg b.w. every 8-12 hours for 4-5 days.
Withdrawal time :
Birds should not be slaughtered within 7 days from the last treatment.
Calves, lambs, kids: 21 days from the last treatment.
Store in a dark and dry place below 25˚C.
