COMPOSITION: Each 1 g contains:

Gentamicin (as sulphate) 200 mg 

Indication: DAD-Gentamicin 20% is indicated for prevention and treatment of infections of the gastrointestinal tract caused by gram-positive and gram negative bacteria sensitive to gentamycin, such as: Staphylococci, Streptococci, Corynebacterium, E. Coli and Salmonella.
Dosage:
Poultry: (5mg/ kg.b.w) 1 gm DAD-Gentamicin 20% per 40 kg.b.w in drinking water daily for 4-5 days.
Calves and lambs: (5mg/ kg.b.w) 1 gm DAD-Gentamicin 20% per 40 kg.b.w twice daily in drinking water for 4-5 days.
Withdrawal time: Zero.
Cautions:
Do not store or offer medicated water in rusty containers,the drug may be destroyed.

Medicated water should be prepared daily and be the sole source of drinking water.
Store in dry place below 30˚C.
