Flumequine 100 mg
Properties:
Flumequine is the first generation of quinolone group act as bactericidal against mainly gram negative bacteria like Campylobacter, E.coli, Haemophilus,Pasteurella and Salmonella Spp..
Indications:
Flumedad 10% is used for prevention and treatment of digestive, respiratory and urinary infections due to gram-negative bacteria particularly: (E.coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella and Haemophilus.
Target species: Poultry, calves, kids, lambs, rabbits and foals.
Dosage:
Poultry: 1 g per 1-2 litres of drinking water daily for 5 days.
Calves, foals, kids, rabbits and lambs:
12-15 mg Flumedad 10% per kg of b.w. twice daily for 5 days.
Contraindication and warning:
- Not Used in animals producing milk and egg for haman consuumption.
- Do not use with Nitrofurans, Trimethoprim and copper sulphate compounds.
Withdrawal Time:
- Meat (calves, kids, rabbits and lambs): 8 days.
- Meat of poultry: 3 days.
Store in dry place below 30˚C.
