Composition

Each 1 g of Fosfodad Plus Water-Soluble Powder contains:

• Fosfomycin sodium – 200 mg
• Tylosin tartrate – 50 mg

Pharmacological Properties

Fosfodad Plus Water-Soluble Powder combines the potent antibacterial actions of fosfomycin and tylosin, offering a broad-spectrum solution effective against gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria, and mycoplasma. This synergistic combination disrupts bacterial cell wall synthesis and inhibits protein synthesis, ensuring fast and effective pathogen elimination.

Target Species

Poultry (broilers and other non-laying birds).

Indications for Use

• Treatment of bacterial infections caused by organisms sensitive to fosfomycin and tylosin.
• Effective against respiratory, digestive, and systemic infections.
• Indicated for the control and treatment of mycoplasmosis in poultry.

Contraindications

Do not use in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.

Undesirable Effects

No adverse effects have been reported when used as directed.

Posology and Method of Administration

Administer 220 mg of Fosfodad Plus Water-Soluble Powder per kg of live body weight via drinking water for 3 to 5 consecutive days, or as directed by a veterinarian. Ensure adequate water intake during treatment.

Overdose

No known overdose effects when used according to the recommended dosage.

Withdrawal Period

• Meat: 3 days
• Eggs: Do not use in laying hens.
