"Double-Strength Defense Against Respiratory and Digestive Infections"
Composition
Each 1 g contains:
- Erythromycin (as thiocyanate) .................. 200 mg
- Doxycycline (as hydrochloride) ................ 200 mg
Pharmacological Properties
Dad Erythrodox Forte combines two powerful antibiotics to ensure rapid and broad-spectrum antibacterial action.
- Erythromycin, a macrolide antibiotic, is highly effective against Gram-positive bacteria and Mycoplasma, making it essential in treating respiratory infections.
- Doxycycline, from the tetracycline group, is well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and has superior lipid solubility and tissue penetration. Unlike traditional tetracyclines, doxycycline maintains its effectiveness regardless of calcium levels in feed. This ensures consistent performance even in challenging feeding conditions.
Together, these active ingredients act synergistically to provide fast and effective control over a wide range of bacterial infections.
Target Species
Poultry, calves, and lambs.
