• Cobalt Carbonate – 14 µg

Pharmacological Properties

Oxydad M+V combines oxytetracycline, a powerful broad-spectrum antibiotic, with a rich blend of essential vitamins and trace minerals.
This unique combination provides strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, aerobes, anaerobes, Mycoplasma, and large viruses, while also enhancing the animal’s natural immunity, supporting growth, and improving recovery from stress and infection.

Target Species

Poultry, pre-ruminants (e.g., calves, lambs), and foals.

Indications for Use

• Poultry: For the prevention and treatment of infections caused by bacteria and Mycoplasma, including:
  Chronic respiratory disease (CRD), sinusitis, coryza, pneumonia, blue comb, enteritis.
• Pre-ruminants and foals: For the treatment of digestive and urinary infections caused by bacterial pathogens. Also supports proper development and boosts the immune system during periods of stress or disease.

Contraindications

None known when used as directed.

Undesirable Effects

• Undesirable effects are rare at normal dosages.
• Prolonged oral administration of high doses to ruminants may disrupt the microbial balance in the rumen, potentially causing digestive stasis.

Posology and Method of Administration

• Poultry: 2–4 g per 1 liter of drinking water daily for 5–7 days.
• Pre-ruminants and foals: 7 g per 40 kg of body weight every 8–12 hours for 4–5 days.
  Ensure access to medicated water during treatment period.

Overdose

No adverse effects reported under recommended use.

Withdrawal Period

Do not slaughter treated animals or birds for at least 5 days after the last treatment.
