Composition

Each 1 g contains:

  • Oxytetracycline HCl – 250 mg
  • Vitamin A – 7,500 IU
  • Vitamin D3 – 750 IU

  • Ferrous sulphate – 2.5 mg

  • Copper sulphate – 0.2 mg
  • Cobalt chloride – 55 µg
  • Potassium iodide – 0.1 mg
  • Methionine – 20 mg

Pharmacological Properties

Oxyvit WSP is a unique combination of broad-spectrum antibiotic (oxytetracycline) and an advanced blend of essential vitamins, amino acids, and trace minerals.
Oxytetracycline is effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, aerobic and anaerobic organisms, Rickettsia, Mycoplasma, Spirochetes, and large viruses.
The added nutritional components help improve growth, immunity, and recovery from infections, stress, and metabolic challenges, making it a complete solution for health and productivity.

Target Species

Poultry (broilers, layers, breeders), calves, and lambs.

Indications for Use

  • Poultry: Prevention and treatment of infections caused by susceptible bacteria and Mycoplasma such as:
    • Chronic respiratory disease (CRD)
    • Sinusitis
    • Coryza
    • Pneumonia
    • Blue comb
    • Enteritis
      Oxyvit WSP also promotes growth, improves feed conversion, and supports immune function.
  • Calves and lambs: Supportive treatment in bacterial infections of the digestive and respiratory tract.
    Also recommended during stress, vaccination, or dietary changes to maintain health and development.

None when used as directed.

Undesirable Effects

No undesirable effects reported under normal use.

Posology and Method of Administration

  • Poultry: 0.5 – 1 g per 1 liter of drinking water daily for 5 – 7 days.
  • Calves and lambs: 1 g per 10 kg body weight, administered via drinking water or milk replacer.

Overdose

No adverse effects reported in case of overdose when used as recommended.

Withdrawal Period

  • Meat: 7 days
  • Eggs: 1 day
