- Sulphadimidine sodium – 125 mg
- Sulphadiazine sodium – 125 mg
- Sulphathiazole sodium – 125 mg
- Menadione sodium bisulphite – 10 mg

Pharmacological Properties
Trisulpha Plus Powder is a broad-spectrum antibacterial and anticoccidial veterinary formulation composed of three potent sulphonamides. Each sulphonamide has distinct solubility and pharmacokinetic properties, and when combined, the formulation becomes more water-soluble and therapeutically effective than individual components. Menadione, a synthetic vitamin K analog, enhances treatment by correcting coagulation disorders commonly associated with coccidial infections.

Poultry, calves, lambs, and kids
Indications for Use
Trisulpha Plus Powder is indicated for the treatment of:
- Gastrointestinal infections and diarrhea
- Respiratory tract infections
- Shipping fever in large animals
- Intestinal coccidiosis in poultry
Contraindications
Not to be used in poultry producing eggs intended for human consumption
Undesirable Effects
No adverse effects have been reported when used as directed
Posology and Method of Administration
Poultry:
- 1 g per 2–4 liters of drinking water
- Administer for 3 consecutive days, followed by a 2-day break, then repeat for another 2 days
Large animals (calves, lambs, kids):
- 1 g per 5 kg body weight daily for 3–4 days
Ensure access to fresh drinking water throughout the treatment period.
Overdose
No adverse reactions have been observed at standard dosages
Withdrawal Period
Do not slaughter treated animals or birds within 10 days of the last dose
