Pharmacological Properties
AD3E–DAD Liquid is a synergistic combination of three essential fat-soluble vitamins—A, D3, and E—each playing a critical role in animal health and productivity:
- Vitamin A is essential for vision, immune function, reproductive performance, and the integrity of epithelial tissues. Its deficiency can lead to night blindness, keratinization of the cornea, poor reproductive outcomes, respiratory issues, and skeletal deformities due to impaired bone remodeling.
- Vitamin D3 is crucial for calcium and phosphorus metabolism, promoting strong bone formation, proper eggshell quality, and increased milk production. Deficiency may cause rickets, joint stiffness, irritability, and reduced serum calcium and phosphorus levels.
- Vitamin E (as alpha-tocopherol acetate) acts as a potent antioxidant. It supports muscle function, enhances hormone balance, improves nervous system health, and plays a role in the metabolism of Vitamin A. It also contributes to fertility and protects against muscular dystrophy.
