Albendazole – 25 mg
Pharmaceutical Form
Oral suspension
Pharmacological Properties
Albenzodad 2.5% Suspension is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic from the benzimidazole group. It is highly effective against a wide range of gastrointestinal and respiratory nematodes in ruminants. At higher doses, it also exhibits activity against cestode species and adult stages of various trematodes.
Albendazole works by inhibiting the polymerization of tubulin into microtubules, disrupting essential cellular processes in parasites and leading to their elimination.
Target Species
Sheep, goats, cattle, and camels.
