Pharmacological Properties

Laxadad Powder combines osmotic laxatives and digestive stimulants for a fast and effective relief of constipation and digestive disturbances.
Magnesium salts act as osmotic agents, drawing water into the intestinal lumen, which distends the bowel and promotes peristalsis.
The laxative effect appears within 3–8 hours in monogastric animals (e.g., horses) and 12–18 hours in ruminants.
Nux vomica stimulates the digestive tract and enhances intestinal motility, while magnesium and sodium carbonate help to neutralize gastric acidity.
