Dad–Paraffin Liquid is a pure, high-quality liquid paraffin that acts as a lubricant laxative. It works by coating the intestinal contents and mucosa, reducing water absorption and easing the passage of fecal matter. Its gentle action ensures safe relief from constipation without irritation or systemic absorption, making it ideal for both large and small animals.

Indications for Use
Dad–Paraffin Liquid is indicated for:
- Relief of constipation
- Management of hairball (furball) accumulation, especially in cats
- Use as a lubricant during certain veterinary procedures

Posology and Method of Administration
Administer orally as follows:
- Cattle and horses: 3–4 liters per 450 kg body weight
- Foals, sheep, and goats: 200–300 ml per animal
- Dogs: 2–60 ml depending on body weight
- Cats: 2–10 ml depending on body weight
Dosage should be adjusted by the veterinarian based on the animal's condition and response.
Overdose
No adverse effects have been reported with overdose. However, prolonged use should be avoided without veterinary supervision.
