Dad-Gentamox Powder

Each 1 g contains:
- Amoxicillin (as trihydrate) – 400 mg
- Gentamicin (as sulphate) – 100 mg

Water-soluble powder.
Pharmacological Properties
Dad-Gentamox Powder is a synergistic combination of amoxicillin and gentamicin that provides broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. Amoxicillin disrupts the bacterial cell wall, enhancing membrane permeability, while gentamicin penetrates into the cell and binds to the 30S ribosomal subunit, inhibiting protein synthesis. This dual action not only enhances efficacy but also helps overcome bacterial resistance commonly encountered with penicillins alone.

Poultry.
