  • Hydrochlorothiazide: 25 mg
  • Dexamethasone: 0.25 mg

Pharmaceutical Form

Sterile injectable solution

Pharmacological Properties

Diuredex Light combines the therapeutic benefits of dexamethasone and hydrochlorothiazide:

  • Dexamethasone, a corticosteroid, reduces edema by inhibiting inflammatory processes in connective tissues.
  • Hydrochlorothiazide acts as a thiazide diuretic, increasing urine output and promoting fluid elimination.

This combination provides effective relief from systemic and localized edema in large animals, with a lighter corticosteroid load for more delicate or younger animals.
